Although Heaven and Hell is a game designed for players to develop their own strategies, i have decided to compose a starting off guide to help you get to grips with the game over the first couple of days. 

Day 1 - Battling

Aim: to get to level 3

Step 1

Go to the battle arena and select 'Underworld Challenge' click on the 1 mana fight link next to the 'Salamo' underworld, this link makes you fight with one Mana, you should kill it easily, (notice that you have been charged and automatically healed after the fight) and that you can find items on the underowrlds corpses. Carry on fighting the Salamo until you level up (you can change the amount of mana you want to use at a time on the 'Underworld challenge' page).

Step 2

Now this is the bit that some players will and wont be able to do, depending on how lucky they were to start off with. When you start your stats are randomly generated numbers between 1.333333 and 3.777777, so this next stage depends on what you were lucky enough to get when you started.

Go back to the underworld challenge, but this time attack the Doppleganger, you should be able to kill it now (if you cant, ) as you gained 1 of each stat when you leveled up (aswell as your hp being boosted and your max mana being raised by one). if you can kill it spend your remaining mana fighting it and you should reach level 3 with whats left of your mana, if you can't kill it, keep fighting the Salamo.

Step 3

After you have finished using your mana, you still have several other tasks to complete to maximise your character growth, these should be completed on a daily basis:

• Vote for Heaven and Hell 

Voting for Heaven and Hell not only helps attract new players to the game, but it also pays out a few rubies and some gold, and gives you the chance of winning a mana reload. You should vote on all sites daily to maximise your chances of winning a mana reload and to help the game grow.

• Visit the Dark Alley 

The dark alley is where the old fool resides, and he has several items which will assist you in the world of Heaven and Hell. To get to the dark alley, go to the realm and then follow the link to the dark alley.

You allready know that you can increase your max mana by levelling up, but you can also increase it by purchasing a bag of mana from the old fool. This will allow you to have more mana the following day ie. mana: 50/50, buying a bag of mana makes your mana go to 50/51.

You can also purchase worshipping charms from the dark alley, these are essential for praying which will make up a large part of your heaven and hell strategy. You should buy one of these everyday, because even if you dont use them they can fetch a good price on the blackmarket. (but you do need them, so hang onto them)

There are also a couple of items you can buy daily, but aren't essential. You can buy up to 3 active mana everyday (50/50 if you buy one active mana, goes to 51/50), these may or may not be worth it depending on the price. You also have the option to buy some gems from the dark alley, it's best to check these prices against those in the blackmarket though, as they're not allways cheaper.

• Buy a ticket for the Daily Reload Lotto 

The daily reload lotto can be accessed through the realm page. It's well worth entering early on as the price is based partly on your age (so your tickets will be cheaper than those of older players). The winners for the daily reload lotto are drawn at the next mana reset, every reset three entrants will win a mana reload.

Step 4

Relax, Chat, and wait for the mana reset.
